Oh Central Illinois, your weather is always so unpredictable, but when we scored a nearly sixty degree day in March, I was jumping up and down that we were able to schedule Elizabeth and Tony’s maternity session. My last few maternity sessions having literally been freezing, so it was awesome to have a taste of warm weather. There isn’t any green in Peoria after a long winter, but we were able to find some beautiful tall grasses to shoot in and even caught the sunset down by the river. While we had to do a fair amount of hiking, Elizabeth and Tony were total troopers and followed me through all kinds of terrain. Having a photo session in March is challenging, but we got some really gorgeous images thanks to the warm evening and adventurous couple. 🙂
Not only is this couple so much fun to hang out with, but they’re also the sweetest clients ever. Elizabeth is a big fan of 4Ocean, which is a group that works to clean plastic waste out of our oceans. I had talked to her about some 4Ocean stickers on her car a few weeks prior, and she brought me a 4Ocean bracelet as a gift. How sweet is that? Elizabeth and Tony, you guys are just the best, and I have no doubt that you’ll be incredible parents. I can’t wait to meet your little one!
