I had such a blast working with Cayla for her senior pictures. I had shot her twin brothers a few years ago, and I’ve also done their family photos, so getting to know Cayla more was such a treat. We had so much fun exploring different parts of downtown Peoria, but also embracing nature. Shooting on all of the fun industrial elements of downtown is always a blast, but I don’t know if I’ll be able to top the natural, golden sunlight of Donovan Park. The setting sun always gives the most beautiful glow, and it’s clear that Cayla looks gorgeous in either setting. Planning outfits for senior photos is always a treat, and Cayla had come up with some perfect outfits. One of our favorites was a pair of overalls that her mom wore in high school. It’s such a treat to be able to incorporate sentimental outfits or belongings into a session. They make your images that much more special and timeless.
