I have been shooting so much maternity lately, and it is just making me so happy! Showcasing the bump while also highlighting the love between the parents is one of my favorite challenges. I hit the jackpot with these two.
Abbey and Phil are just the cutest couple, and they’re so easy to work with. We lucked out with an awesome 75 degree day with the perfect gentle breeze (perfect for creating movement in dresses and hair). Did we almost lose Abbey in some quicksand on the shoreline?….perhaps. Was it worth it to get these beautiful sunset shots? Absolutely! Ok, Ok, I’m being dramatic. Abbey was just fine. Her shoes may have gotten a little sandy, but this is certainly a special occasion. As your photographer, I’m always going to ask you to walk through the tall grass or perhaps stand on the squishy sand, but I can assure you that it’s worth it.
Phil and Abbey, I just had such an incredible time with you, and I’m so excited to meet your little one!
**I also want to note that I am fully booked for 2021. I can’t believe I filled up so quickly, but my clients (new and old) surprise me year after year. I’m forever grateful for their support, and I’m so excited to see what this year has in store. I’m still taking a handful of newborn clients, but any other inquires for families and seniors will be added to the waitlist. Again, I’m so appreciative, and I really wish I could fit everyone in.
