Oh man, where do I start with these four? I guess I should start with Lisa and Jess. A couple years ago, Lisa opened the doors to her very own microblading studio in downtown Peoria. Next, enters Jess, an LA transplant returning home with her husband to be near family and raise their daughter. These two join forces and absolutely dominate the Peoria microblading scene. These two become absolute powerhouses, and they very quickly start to outgrow their space. Soon after, Emily, another microblading artist, and Justice, a lash and brow artist join the studio.
When Lisa asked me to do a headshot and branding session, I was over the moon! For a photographer, working with other artists is always a treat. These ladies had me laughing the entire time, and I didn’t want their session to end. They were up for anything, and each location we visited, the light became more and more beautiful.
Smith + Co. Studios is about to make the move to their brand new space in Peoria Heights! I have no doubt that these four will be incredibly successful. Their work speaks for itself, and they attract clients from central Illinois and beyond. Jess (who does my brows) is also starting to offer 3D areola tattooing. This is such an incredible service and is often the last step in breast reconstruction.
